Knight Piésold Peru´s main office is located in the modern and progressive district of Santiago de Surco, Lima province, within walking distance of numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment facilities. This four-floor office includes spacious work and meeting areas for employees, and is equipped with the latest communications and IT systems. Knight Piésold Peru currently has more than 100 full-time employees dedicated to engineering and environmental services, CAD, GIS, and socioeconomic studies.
Knight Piésold Peru also has a fully operational soil laboratory located in Chorrillos, with five full-time employees and satellite offices in the cities of Cajamarca and Arequipa. Cajamarca, in the northern Peruvian highlands at an elevation of approximately 2,700 m, serves as the base for numerous mining operations and is renowned as the location were Atahualpa, the last Incan emperor, was captured bringing the Inca Empire to an end. The recently established office in Arequipa serves the southern part of the country and enjoys a dry, sunny climate at 2,300 m above sea level, within close proximity to the historic center of Arequipa, named as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
