Knight Piésold DRC was established in 2015 as a registered company in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The structure and shareholding of Knight Piésold DRC was aligned to comply with DRC legislation on the provision of goods and services to the mining industry, and the company was officially launched in June 2019 with an office in Lubumbashi, the provincial capital of Haut-Katanga in the south of the DRC. A second office was opened in Kolwezi in 2025.

Under the capable management of Denis Kalondji Ngoy, Knight Piésold DRC not only operates with a local approach but also has expanded its workforce by recruiting local talent. The growth trajectory of the company is closely tied to the execution of local projects, a strategic move that aims to foster the region's development and economic progress.
