  1. Modern Slavery Statement

    We have adopted section 54(i) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 as the basis of our Modern Slavery Statement. In this statement, we describe the specific actions we have taken during the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023 and establishes our plans for the 2024 fiscal year.

  2. S172 Statement

    We are required by the Companies (Miscellaneous Reporting) Regulations 2018 to publish a statement explaining how our Directors have given due regard for the matters set out in section 172 (1) (a) to (f) of the Companies Act 2006 while performing their duty to promote the success of the company for the benefit of our members as a whole ("s.172 statement").

    We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own businesses or in any of our supply chains.

  5. Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Policy

    In addition to complying with local laws wherever we operate, we are committed to complying with the regulations and directives of the United Nations, the European Union, and the Financial Action Task Force, an international organization focused on combating money laundering and terrorist financing. We also regularly monitor the list of sanctioned persons issued and maintained by these bodies.
