Project Overview
The Hombre Muerto Project is located in Antofagasta de la Sierra, Argentina, in the border between the provinces of Salta and Catamarca. With an area of 600 km2, the property package is located in the Hombre Muerto Salt Flat, an area of active lithium production at the Fenix lithium mine.
Project Role
Knight Piésold, in collaboration with JDS Energy & Mining, developed a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) for NRG Metals Inc. (NRG). Both the consultancy and the final report were based on the National Instrument 43-101, in accordance with the Canadian Mining Institute. The PEA serves as a project evaluation to be used by NRG to determine the approximate value and to define the next steps to take.
