Knight Piésold’s growth has resulted in the need for us to hire talented Dam and Hydropower engineers, to be based in South Africa. The professional will report directly to the Section Manager: Dams and Hydropower. The professional will lead technically on projects for the Dams and Hydropower/Water Division of Knight Piésold Southern Africa – responsibilities will include engineering design, project management and / or construction supervision in Africa.

We are seeking professionals with an established professional record in Dam Engineering whilst Hydro Power experience will be an added advantage. The ability to competently write and review reports, manage projects (including the financial aspects), and people management skills are essential at this level. The professional should be self-motivated and can work within and oversee a team. You must have strong technical and managerial capabilities and be highly result-driven.

Professionals should have at least a BSc Eng (Civil) with Professional Registration for this position coupled with at least 12 – 15 years solid experience.
