Project Overview

The Kinsevere Copper Mine is located in the Haut-Kipushi territory in the Haut-Katanga province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), approximately 30 km north northwest from Lubumbashi. Copper oxide and transitional material is extracted from three open pits and processed via a solvent-extraction/electrowinning plant to produce copper cathode.
