August 27, 2020, Denver, CO, USA – Heather Halderman has joined Knight Piésold USA as a Senior Environmental Engineer to support clients in a rapidly evolving mining industry. Heather has more than 24 years of experience in a wide range of civil and environmental engineering projects, including environmental compliance, site investigation, remediation, feasibility studies, mine planning and closure, geotechnical areas, and hazardous waste projects. She has extensive experience in project management and execution, including proposal preparation; budget creation, scheduling, and tracking; project planning and setup; client interaction; site investigation; regulatory analysis and negotiation; permitting; data interpretation; cost estimating; risk management analysis; and general management consulting. She is a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in environmental engineering and has her Professional Engineering license in Colorado.

Halderman joined Knight Piésold in Denver, Colorado from Haley & Aldrich, where she spent four years as a project manager, focusing on projects that involved environmental compliance, remediation, construction management, mine planning and closure/reclamation, engineering design, site characterization, and regulatory interaction and compliance. Prior to Haley & Aldrich, she worked for TRC Solutions and URS Corporation.
