January 17, 2017, Santiago, Chile – The Joint Committee on Hygiene and Safety—a vital part of Knight Piésold Chile’s occupational health and safety system—has received certification from the Mutual de Seguridad CChC in November 2016. Founded in 1966, the Mutual de Seguridad CChC provides protection against occupational hazards and labor accidents and focuses on fostering a culture of safety and healthy living in Chilean communities.

Mutual de Seguridad CChC conducted an audit in September to October 2016 to evaluate and verify the performance of the Joint Committee on Hygiene and Safety in managing workplace health and safety. Mutual de Seguridad CChC certified Knight Piésold after successfully fulfilling the requirements established in the Regulation of Certification in the Bronze category.
