Knight Piésold Helps Renovate an Orphanage as Part of the Mandela Day Initiative
July 19, 2014, Johannesburg, South Africa – The Christ Church Christian Care Centre (also known as 5cees), which is an orphanage based in Berea, Gauteng, is one of the beneficiaries of Knight Piésold’s Bokamoso Social Development Scheme. The home, which houses 60 children aged between three and twenty-three, is currently undergoing a major renovation.
As part of the Mandela Day Initiative, 20 staff members from the Rivonia office volunteered their Saturday morning on July 19, 2014 to help out with renovations at the home – this done in a collaborative venture with architectural company, GIANT LEAP.
