November 5, 2018, Johannesburg, South Africa – With the year-end almost approaching, Knight Piésold Southern Africa continued to shine at the final industry awards for 2018. It was another proud moment as we were recognised at the 2018 Institute of Municipal Engineering of Southern Africa (IMESA) Excellence Awards and Construction World Awards that took place on the 30th and 31st of October.

At the IMESA Awards, the Western Aqueduct Project was victorious, winning the Engineering Excellence in Structures & Civils category. The Rehabilitation of Main Road between Atlantic Road, Muizenberg and Clovelly Road Project was placed as the 3rd runner up, allowing Knight Piésold Southern Africa to dominate the Structures & Civils category. 

Knight Piésold Southern Africa claimed the night at the 2018 Construction World Awards and was announced as the overall winner for the Consulting Engineers category with the Rehabilitation of Main Road between Atlantic Road, Muizenburg and Clovelly Road Project. The company also went on to receive a high commendation in the same category for the Neckartal Dam Project.
